Anti-Cavitate Orifice Plate

Eliminate cavitation without a pipe configuration change.

  • Restrict Flow solves cavitation in six inches or less.

  • Only ONE Anti-Cavitate Orifice Plate is needed.

  • Fits between two flanges.

  • SMOOTH and QUIET operation.

  • For LIQUID applications only.

No more multi-stage orifice plates

Multi-stage orifice plates

Our proprietary Anti-Cavitate Orifice Plate™ removes the need for multi-stage orifice plates. Multi-stage plates are often needed because the pressure reduction ratio is too high for a single orifice plate. One of our Anti-Cavitate Orifice Plate™ has the ability to achieve the desired pressure drop thus eliminating the need for multiple plates.

Protecting Flow Control Valves in High-Energy Systems

Flow control valve

Flow control valves are essential for regulating flow and pressure, but in high energy systems they can be exposed to damaging conditions such as cavitation and excessive velocity. The Anti-Cavitate Orifice Plate™ is designed to be installed upstream of the control valve, absorbing a portion of the pressure drop and reducing the severity of conditions reaching the valve. This approach helps protect the valve, extend its service life, and improve overall system performance--while maintaining precise control where it's needed.

Eliminate Cavitation Damage

Restriction orifice plate with cavitation damage

Cavitation causes significant damage to equipment, increasing the need for replacements and maintenance. Erosion and corrosion can cause plates to lose strength and ability to perform in a consistent manner. Our Anti-Cavitate Orifice Plate™ restricts flow while combating cavitation, decreasing the need for future replacements of the plates and the equipment.

TESTIMONIALS

"We finally had the opportunity today to take the BFW pump A down and pull the orifice for inspection. Other than some discoloration, the [Anti-Cavitate] plate was in perfect condition with no signs of erosion, a successful solution to our primary problem. I’ll work on getting another PO issued so we can take care of the B pump."
